Their dates are harvested by hand and irrigated by drip irrigation to better manage water. While other growers dry their dates and then rehydrate them, Joolies dates are always sold fresh, resulting in a richer flavor.
While we have yet to see a container last more than a day or two in our kitchens, dates will last for months at room temperature and years in your freezer. This makes them one of the few sweet fruits you can stock up on without having to worry about them going to waste, which is a real win in our book.
