    Loved the chicken tip of searing the chicken pieces on the outside and then baking them later on. Woo hoo!

    Actually, I loved and will use all today’s cooking tips.

    I’m starting to think that one of my favorite parts of Imperfect (in addition to preventing waste) is the cooking tips.

    I liked Joel’s info on leeks and kale. I’m a new cook since Covid and I’ve never tried cooking these “alternative” veggies. What else can you do with leeks? Thank you!

      Another favorite of ours with leeks is potato and leek soup!
