Is that the tinkling of sleigh bells and the pitter-patter of little hoofs we hear? No, it’s your stomach, and it wants peppermint bark. Reassure your stomach that all your favorite seasonal treats are on their way and creatively reimagined to fight food waste. A Way to Donate Your Order
It’s been a tough year for many, and the holidays don’t always bring relief. If you’re planning on going out of town or skipping an order the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s, consider selecting the option to donate your order instead. We’ll make sure the food goes to a local food bank partner to be shared with folks in need.

Every once in awhile there’s a bonus, like a package of hot dogs I received with my last order. It kind of reminds me of the Forrest Gump quote about a box of chocolates: “You never know what you’re gonna get.” Of course I do know that I’m gonna get the foods that I ordered, it’s just the surprises that I can’t anticipate. A local grocery chain use to put there imperfect foods in a section where you could get it at a much lower prices even some of their meats were marked way down. I use to cook in my town in the early 80s for an organization that fed low income & homeless. So l know how to use all sorts of imperfect food items. I been try to teach my children & grandchildren how to take the things &make things useful with all the items we get. If it’s something I’m not able to use I share with my family or friends or neighbors. Thank you for use of what we as kids called ugly food but still useful. So far I’ve not gotten a thing I can’t use . Keep up the good work!

I live by myself, but he lives near with my 11 year old grand daughter. They loved the apples I gave them. He asked me, “What is wrong with them. They are delicious”.
