Due to California’s recent heatwave, frisée crops are booming and @cokefarm has more than they can move! You can help make sure these frilly chicories don't go to waste by adding frisée to your next Imperfect order. Also known as curly endive, frisée can be eaten fresh, grilled, or braised, and makes for a delicious salad.
