The smallest blemish or variation in color, size, or weight can mean an apple gets picked from the bunch and kicked to the curb. And while there might be juicing opportunities for some, it really supports our farmers to be able to sell them as whole fruit for eating.⁠

Hail and a cool wet spring contributed to a higher percentage of "low color" organic Honeycrisp apples for the growers we work with. But we know that even if they're not quite as pink, they're still delicious! Finding homes for these apples—your home, to be specific—is a small win for less wasted food. 🍎⁠
