Bought a tub of ricotta for a recipe and not sure what to do with the rest? Whip up this easy ricotta appetizer in minutes!

💚 Stir together 1-2 cups ricotta cheese, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 2 tablespoons honey. Season with salt and pepper.
💚 Once incorporated, whisk for 2-3 min until creamy and looking like cake batter.
💚 Stir in toasted rosemary, sage, salt, pepper, and any other herbs you’d like to include. Fold in pomegranate seeds.
💚 Garnish with more herbs, pomegranate seeds, and a drizzle of oil or honey. Serve with crispy bread, pita, or crackers.

Not into pomegranates? Whipped ricotta also loves caramelized onions, bruschetta toppings, or pesto. Don’t believe us? Just ask—it’ll say, “Ricotta be kidding me. Of course I do!”

Looking for a way to use up those Thanksgiving lef

Looking for a way to use up those Thanksgiving leftover odds ‘n’ ends? Quiche calls!

🥚 Mix 3-4 eggs and 1 c milk or cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and whisk until smooth.
🥚 Use a frozen or homemade pie crust. If you’re using frozen, poke holes in the bottom. Fill about halfway with leftover poultry, stuffing, and veggies. Top with some cheese.
🥚 Pour your egg mixture over the leftovers and add more cheese on top. Bake at 400 for 30-40 min until a toothpick comes out clean.
